Getting Started
After installing the Dividends app, create an account with your email address. You'll walk through a brief onboarding that asks about your skin, your goals, and your retinol experience. After onboarding, you'll see your Today screen with personalized recommendations.
Your Skin Score
During your first 28 days, you'll see a Foundation Score focused on building routine consistency. After day 28, your full Skin Score unlocks — incorporating consistency, skin stability, and progress signals.
Check-ins
Check-ins help the app understand how your skin is responding. In your first 28 days, check in every 3 days. After day 28, check in weekly. Each check-in takes about 60 seconds.
Privacy and Data
Your photos and check-in data are stored privately in your account. We never share your data with other users. To delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Delete account. You can read our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Common Questions
How do I log a routine? Tap the AM or PM button on your Today screen. Select the products you used and save.
Why is my retinol frequency different from what I set? The app automatically adjusts your retinol frequency based on check-in signals. If your skin shows irritation, the protocol will pause or reduce frequency.
Can I export my data? Yes — email support@dividendswellness.com and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription? The Dividends app is currently free to use. Dividends skincare products are purchased separately at dividendsmen.com.
What if the AI gives me a strange recommendation? AI can be wrong. If something doesn't seem right, trust your own judgment and consult a dermatologist. The app is not a substitute for medical advice.
