I didn't plan to start a skincare company.

When COVID hit, I left New York in a rush and forgot most of my stuff including my generic drugstore skincare. So I started using my wife Lauren's products. They worked better than anything I'd ever tried. That got me thinking: why doesn't skincare for men feel intentional? Everything I could find was either forgettable, overly masculine, or so basic it didn't inspire any trust. Nothing was designed for men who actually wanted to take care of themselves without the heavy scents, the 12-step routines, or the compensatory branding.

So I built it myself. I spent two years working with a team of experts to develop a line of products I'd actually want to use — clinical formulas, no gimmicks, built for the long game. Lauren and I never went back to New York. We're still in Westport, now with a family, and Dividends is the thing I wish had existed when I first started paying attention to my skin.
